Antonella Barba

Singer was born on 26 November 1986, on the 26th of November, 1986 in Santa Monica California. She is the daughter of her father Vincenzo Barba and mother Valerie Barba. In 2006, the couple moved together with their families to Point Pleasant New Jersey. As for her education she attended Red Bank Catholic High School in New Jersey. After that, she went to Catholic University, where she earned a bachelor's degree in architecture. When she was 4, she began to play the violin and earned the name Violin Girl. Performances by her led to the use of her nickname. Her neighborhood kids were also instructed to play the violin by her. When she was 19, she enrolled in her sixth American Idol season and performed the single Free, 1976. But she was ejected from the show following her achievement of the 16th spot. There were many songs she performed, such as the 2009's "The Christmas Song" and the 2010's Out for Blood. The singer has also been featured on television shows such as Jimmy Kimmel Live! Antonella Barba rose to stardom when she sang in America during the 6th Season of American Idol. The singer began her career as a film actress after being eliminated from American Idol after the season's sixth. In the past, she appeared in minor movies in addition to appearing on Fear Factor season 2012 as the role of a contestant. Daily Mail reported that on 21 November 2019, she was handed a sentence of nearly four years of imprisonment for conspiracy to distribute the drug fentanyl. In July the singer was found guilty of possessing over 400 grams of Fentanyl, with a plan to distribute. She was arrested by authorities in Virginia after she attempted to bring nearly 2 pounds of the drug to the secret storage area in October of 2018.
